I understand. I spent 20 years learning to lead sales teams in progressive leadership roles, and I struggled to navigate the complex landscape of competing priorities, misaligned compensation plans, complex sales enablement tools, conflicting sales methodologies, and corporate politics. 

And while there were plenty of resources for sellers, there were precious few relevant resources or tools designed for today's modern sales leader.  I needed a coach.  Someone who had played the game, and won, and had a passion for teaching others.

Prior to placement with an organization, we utilize our proprietary sales inspection process, to identify the specific type of rep that your organization needs - and then design our pre-onboarding accordingly.
